Rain did not stop Marilee and Colby from having a beautiful wedding this past September at The Rand Bryan House in Garner, NC. When I first arrived to their venue, everyone was busy helping re arraring what they thought was going to be a completely outside wedding to a wedding under some big white tents and not a single complaint was made! With the forecast showing 90% chance of rain, it ended up only raining for maybe a total of 10 minutes during the ceremony but luckily, we were all under a nice tent and not a drop was gotten on us. Marilee and Colby had such a sweet ceremony and washed each others feet during it and Marilee got a funny surprise when Colby took off his shoes to reveal Batman socks (with capes of course)! When it was time to start their portraits, we lucked out and the sun decided to peak out just a little and there was no chance of rain! Marilee got another surprise at the reception when Colby sang to her to kick off the dance floor being open and shocked her and all of the guests (he was sneaky but I knew about it 😉 ) I loved being a part of such a sweet, special day, with an amazzzing couple!
