When I first moved to North Carolina, I had never heard of the Biltmore Estate and my now husband took me up to Asheville, NC to visit it my first Christmas out here and I was amazzzzed at how beautiful it was and then I found out it was also a wedding venue and I instantly knew that it was on my bucket list to shoot a wedding there!! Well fast forward a few years and DeeAnna messaged me explained to me her vision about having a super small, intimate wedding at The Biltmore with just her closet family and friends and then having a bigger reception back down in Florida where she is from and I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of her day! Big weddings are beautiful but there is something sooo magical about small, intimate weddings that make my wedding soooo happy! DeeAnna and Daniel did not even have 15 guests and it was beyond perfect!! DeeAnna and Daniel decided to do a first look and I am sooo happy they did because it gave us sooo much time to do beautiful couple portraits around alllll of The Biltmore! I think DeeAnna and Daniel win the contest for the windiest wedding and her veil was constantly flying away (I have video to prove it of me trying to chase it down but we will save that for a later date) but it did not affect their attitudes at all! One moment it would be raining and then the next moment, the sun would be out..it was the most bizarre thing!! DeeAnna and Daniel..thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a wonderful day and I wish you two alllll the best!!!
