You know it is going to be a good wedding day when you walk in and all of the bridesmaids are jamming out to some Taylor Swift and just having the best time! And let me tell you…they sounded amazzzzzzing so it was no surprise when some of those bridesmaids also sang during the ceremony! Paige and Matt got married on a gorgeous, gloomy fall day at Hope Valley Country Club in Durham, NC! I was both nervous and excited to photograph their wedding because they had the biggest bridal party I have ever photographed..they had a total of TWENTY SIX people…and yes you read that right..26!!! They each had 12 people representing them and then also had greeters and ushers so with those people included, they each had FIFTEEN people representing them! When my couples have that many people in their bridal party, I know it is because they are sooo loved and I can tell why Paige and Matt are sooo loved..they are some of the sweetest, down to earth, fun people and I loved being able to be a part of their wedding day!! Something I will never forget about their wedding is that right before Paige was suppose to walk down the aisle (and I literally mean right before..maybe like three minutes before) she could not find her veil! Last place it was seen was sitting outside on a chair and then all of a sudden it went missing! So needless to say alllll of the bridesmaids and vendors were searching for her veil and could not find it anywhere!!! So after about 10 minutes of searching with no luck, I ran to my car where I had an extra veil and Paige was able to wear that one for the ceremony!! Who knew my extra little veil I carry in case of emergencies actually came in hand?! From the getting ready, to the full dance floor the entire night, Paige and Matt’s wedding was one to remember and I am soooo happy they picked me to document their day!!!
