When I first walked into Kate’s house on her wedding day, I saw a beautiful painting that Kate had painted for her parents of a picture of them two of them on THEIR wedding day. They were standing in front of a gorgeous, giant window at the church they got married at, just smiling on to one another. As soon as I saw that painting, I knew I wanted to recreate it and my heart was oh so happy when I walked into First United Methodist Church in Cary, NC and saw that they also had a gorgeous, giant window! Kate and Alex had a beautiful wedding followed by a fun reception at Prestonwood Country Club and although it might have been a crazy windy day, Kate and Alex did not let the cold affect them and were champs the entire wedding day!!
