I have said it once and I will say it again..one of my many favorite things about my job is the fact that I get to travel for it and photograph happy couples, pledging their love to one another, in different states! Growing up in California and living my first 23 years there, I have lots of friends there and when they contact me to come back to California to shoot their wedding…I cannot be happier! I will jump on any opportunity to come back home, see my family, AND photograph a wedding! And that is exactly what happened with Kendall. I first met Kendall at the gym where we were playing some “pick up” volleyball and not only was I was amazed by her height (finally someone tall like me) but I was also amazed at her gracious and fun personality! After I moved to North Carolina, Kendall contacted me about shooting her wedding and I was thrilled!!! Kendall and Marcus got married on a beautiful Friday in Aliso Viejo, Ca at a Wedgewood Property and everything about it was sooo perfect! Kendall and Marcus got married at 7 in the evening and with the sun setting at 8, it was a race between me and the sun to get the pictures done in time so as soon as they said their “I-do’s” and sealed it with a kiss and walked back down the aisle, I swept them away to immediately start their couple portraits and they made it sooo easy with their wonderful chemistry between each other. Kendall and Marcus…you two are incredibly cute together and your love is soo evident! Thank you for allowing me to capture such a wonderful day for you and I wish you two nothing but the best!!!
