One of my favorite things about weddings are when the bride and groom write their own vows and that is exactly what Angela and Thomas did at their gorgeous wedding at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, NC!

I do not even know where to begin with this day! Angela and Thomas decided to do a first look. It was SO sweet and they were so happy getting to spend that extra time together!

Angela swore there was a tarantula in her dress while we were doing their portraits! Thankfully it turned out to be just a little moth so obviously I had to document it instead of getting the moth out of her dress right away!

Angela and Thomas exchanged the sweetest vows and I absolutely love what they vowed to one another. They also picked at one another during their vows… that is true love if you ask me!

This sweet couple was welcomed into their reception with a giant confetti canon and that was just the start of what turned into such a fun night!
