Oh this virus and the weddings it is trying to ruin! Kendall and Matt were suppose to get married back in April right when everything in North Carolina started shutting down and they made the hard decision to postpone until September. Well, if you have been watching the news, you would see that things do not seem to be getting better and they knew their wedding they originally planned and visioned, was not going to happen so instead planned a last minute wedding with their very closest family and friends in Old Alexandria and I cannot think of a more perfect wedding for the two of them! Kendall and Matt are some of the most fun people to be around and not only are they very easy going, but they are also hilarious which made their wedding day so fun! After their ceremony, in which Kendalls brother married them and I do not think I had laughed so much during a ceremony, we did some couple portraits and while walking to different locations, it seemed as if Kendall and Matt had their own parade for them and people along the streets stopped what they were doing and started clapping and cheering for the two of them and it was amazing! They ended the night with a nice dinner with everyone and last minute decided to share the sweetest first dance and I seriously thought every moment of their day was beyond perfect and loved being able to be a part of it! I am absolutely loving these small weddings because I feel like they are not as stressful for the couples, but also they are more intimate and I feel like another guest opposed to a vendor and I love that!
