Oh this day! I first met Katie and Logan for their engagement session back in 2019 as they planned to have their wedding the next summer and then Covid came and they decided to push it back a full year! We joked that since I saw them last, I got pregnant and had a whole baby who was now a few months old and last they saw of me, that was definitely not the case! I am so glad they decided to push their wedding though and wait for it to be exactly how they wanted because it was perfect!! Their day was full of emotion and tears which are my favorite type of wedding days! I know some people do not understand why people cry on wedding days but I am a sucker and cry at almost every one..they are not tears of sadness but tears of emotion and pure joy! Katie and Logan decided to not do a first look and instead did a first touch which was super sweet and yes, you guessed it..full of tears! Shortly after that, Katie walked down the aisle to Logan and I do not think there was a dry eye on the lawn! And just when you thought all the tears were done for for the day, they had toasts that were some of the best toast I have ever heard (which says a lot) and again, I do not think there was a dry eye in the room! Once all the tears were over, everyone was able to enjoy the rest of the night with a fun live band and a late night treat of Chick-fil-a, which makes sense since Katie’s dad owns a couple of Chick-fil-A’s in the area! Katie and Logan, I loved being able to capture your dad and be with you on such an important milestone in your life and will forever remember getting to spend the day with you guys and all of your family and friends!
